The Olympic View Water & Sewer District (District) provides water to an estimated 13,000 customers within an approximately two square mile service area in southwestern Snohomish County (PACE, 2009). The District currently receives about 60% of their supply water through an intertie with the City of Seattle. The remaining 40% is derived from the District’s water treatment plant at Deer Creek Springs.
