Revised Code of Washington (RCW), which is the official, comprehensive collection of all permanent laws currently in force, organized by subject (or “Title”), covering everything from criminal law (Title 9A) to motor vehicles (Title 46) and state government (Title 43). It includes statutes passed by the legislature, signed by the governor, or enacted through voter initiatives, serving as the primary legal reference for Washington’s statutes.
