Qva

Qva soils are highly permeable soils formed in sand and gravel deposited during the advance of the last Ice Age glacier in Washington State.
Because water moves rapidly through these soils with little natural filtration, Qva areas function as direct groundwater recharge zones and are highly vulnerable to contamination from surface activities.
